Oxnard Buzz About Barricade Incident

Heard some whispers near the Colonia neighborhood yesterday about a really tense situation. There was talk of a barricaded man who some folks believed might have had a knife. Apparently, he was holed up in a vehicle he didn't own. Glad it seems things eventually got sorted.
