Did anyone catch the Scholle farmhouse update?

Some folks around Camarillo were wondering about all the activity at the old Scholle farmhouse. Turns out it finally got lowered onto its new foundation! Pretty cool to see it getting rehabilitated for someone new. What do you all think about historic homes finding new life?
